Chance Broker – Our sales concept for the future
In response to the increasing challenges on the financing market – in particular the credit crunch being felt in many areas – we have specifically expanded our sales structure with Chance Broker.
Chance Broker is our response to the changed market conditions and was created to further expand our strong sales network and reach investors in an even more targeted manner.
The starting point was our growing base of around 1,800 active investors. Their purchase criteria were recorded in a structured manner in numerous discussions and converted into digital profiles. We manage these profiles centrally using professional software solutions such as Propstack and systematically compare them with new incoming offers.
A major success factor is the close cooperation with committed and experienced estate agent colleagues. We check new real estate offers directly against the investor profiles. If a property is suitable, we support the brokerage process as part of an estate agent team – in a targeted, transparent and efficient manner.
