Chance Broker is on the lookout for attractive investment opportunities throughout Germany, with an investment volume of between 80,000 and 50,000,000 euros. Our focus is on the acquisition of properties that secure sustainable returns for our investors. We are not only interested in first-class properties, but also take on challenges such as owner-occupied flats in need of refurbishment, properties for sale, leftover properties or other difficult properties.
In the residential property sector, we are specifically looking for condominiums as capital investments. These should be between 20 and 120 square metres in size. Properties in need of refurbishment are also of interest to us. Apartment blocks and residential complexes are also on our wish list, provided they offer a yield of at least 4%. For projects, we emphasise a factor of at least 17, which corresponds to a target yield of around 6%.
We are also active in the commercial property segment and are looking for properties that promise a yield of over 5%. Hotels, preferably with up to 60 beds, both with and without an operator, are also part of our search profile. Last but not least, we are interested in building plots close to metropolitan regions in order to strategically expand our portfolio.
